Help with problems – Who can help?

Your building’s property maintenance company or property manager

  • departure checks for apartments
  • time-sensitive cases
  • if your name is missing from the door or is incorrectly spelt
  • if you notice a fault or something to be repaired in your apartment or the machines, devices or fixtures in it
  • if you notice that the lift is out of order (in an emergency call the lift maintenance company directly)
  • if you need the door opened because of a missing key – the maintenance company will charge you for the door opening
  • if it is too cold or too hot in your apartment
  • air conditioning in your apartment is not working, in your opinion
  • if you think there is a fault in the antenna network
  • rubbish collection matters

Resident secretaries

  • applications for apartments and exchanges
  • matters related to payment of rent
  • matters related to rental leases; renewal of fixed-term leases
  • if you need a statement of residency
  • if you want to rent a car parking space, garage, carport or sauna slot

  • if you have something to bring to our attention about the cleaning and maintenance of the properties

Customer Service Manager

  • matters related to payment of rent
  • in debt collection and eviction matters
  • if your neighbour continually disturbs you (we prefer you to make a written notice of this to our office, with your contact details supplied)
