Tenant inspection form
The tenant inspection form must always be filled in when you move into an apartment. We ask you to check the condition of your apartment and note the faults and deficiencies you notice on this form. We ask you to return this form even if you think that everything in the apartment is in order. The form is used as an aid when carrying out the departure inspection in the apartment. The form must be returned within a week of moving in, either directly to the office or via the e-form here.
Terminating your previous rental lease
When you terminate the rental lease as a tenant your notice period is one month. The notice period is counted from the last day of the calendar month during which notice is given. Notice is given in written form either in our office or via an e-form here. Confirming the termination of the rental lease requires authentication with online banking codes.

The notice of termination of the lease must reach the Kiinteistö-KYS Oy office by the last day of the month.
When you terminate your lease using an e-form you will receive a confirmation of that via email when we have processed it (no later than on the following working day). The confirmation we send includes instructions for moving as well as the price list for invoicing tenants. Without the aforementioned confirmation, the notice of termination is not considered to have arrived. You can also check whether the notice of termination has arrived by calling our customer service on (017) 288 6800. The tenant is responsible for the timely arrival of the notice of termination.
Notice of change of information
You can use the notice of change of information form to notify us about a new resident, name changes, a new child or residents who have moved out.
Service request to maintenance staff
You can use the “Service request for maintenance staff” form to request a service or notify a fault to a member of maintenance staff. Maintenance staff aim to react to service requests no later than in 1-3 working days of receiving the request. In urgent matters, contact the property management on-duty number (010 636 5000).
